Phase 1 will offer an exercise facility with showers and lockers, on-site food service, light and airy floors only 102' deep, six corner offices per floor, and a loading dock. The floor configuration allows for up to six tenants per floor with no increase in common area. Four of these tenants will have entrance doors immediately visible from the elevators. InterPark Office Center Phase 1 is designed to accommodate tenants as small as 3,000 sf in units with abundant window line. Larger tenants of 9,000 to 19,000 sf +/- will enjoy the control inherent in leasing a half or whole floor with direct entry from the elevator lobby.
